Discover Scuba Diving
This course lets you experience the unique feeling of being submerged in an aquatic domain. We will teach you basic diving techniques in various sheltered sites throughout West Cork. The course is open to anyone over the age of 12 years.

|Open Water Diver
This five day course, open to anyone over the age of 12 years, teaches you the basic skills to becoming a certified diver with a qualification recognised worldwide. The course includes 5 academic classroom sessions, 5 confined water skills and 4 open water dives, with 1 snorkel experience.
Duration: 5 days full time; 5 weeks part time.
|Advanced Open Water
Over 12s can learn advanced techniques such as night diving, deep diving, navigation and you can choose two more from wreck diver, search and recovery, naturalist, altitude diver, photography, equipment speciality, boat diving and dry suit diving

|Rescue Diver/Stress & Rescue
This course expands your diving knowledge and safety of yourself and others while diving. The course teaches preparation of rescue equipment, basic first aid emergency management, use of accessory equipment and various rescue techniques. The course is open to anyone over the age of 12 years.
Duration: 5 days.
This course introduces you to professional level diving. Your diving skills and watermanship are sharpened to demonstration quality. You develop the confidence and ability to supervise divers in training and organise and conduct diving activities. The minimum age for this course is 18 years.
Duration: 7 days.
This seven day course provides PADI divemasters with additional training as instructional assistants. The course provides supervised experience working with actual students and familiarise the candidate with the administration certification procedures. The minimum age for this course is 18 years.
Duration: 7 days.
PADI instructors are highly sought after for their dedication, good attitude and professionalism. As a PADI instructor you are qualified to train divers right up to instructor level. The minimum age for this course is 18 years.
Duration: 14 days.

[EANx is a deep diving gas. The meaning of EANx is Enriched Air Nitrox. That is to say air with an increased(or enriched) Oxygen content.]
The objective of the Basic EANx course is to provide divers with a safer breathing medium in the 0-40m range. It is the first of the I.A.N.T.D. recreational EANx programme. The prerequisites are a CMAS 2 star or equivalent and 25 dives.

This course provides divers with an extended knowledge of EANx diving allowing for planning of specific mixes for a given dive depth. This course is open to divers with a CMAS 2 star or equivale
The objective of this course is to provide divers with an in-depth knowledge of extended range of EANx diving. This course is skills and equipment intensive. To qualify for this course you must have an IANTD Basic or Advanced EANx plus a minimum of 75 dives, with 15 deeper than 30m.

Trimix diving moves the diver towards mission planning for extended depth and decompression times. Self-sufficiency, mental and physical conditioning and equipment configuration are the prime skills of the Trimix diver. You must have an IANTD Technical EANx diver certification plus proof of 150 dives with 50 deeper than 30m.
Duration: 4 days.
This course trains stores personnel in the handling and mixing of EANx and preparation of the associated SCUBA equipment for use with EANx and Oxygen.
Duration: 1 day.
This course teaches divers to safely conduct diving within 40m. Emphasis is on dive planning and equipment configuration. It is recommended that this courses is combined with either Basic or Advanced EANx. The prerequisites are CMAS 2 star or equivalent with 75 dives.
Advanced Deep Air
This course teaches divers to safely conduct dive beyond 40m on air. This is a skill intensive course. Nitrox decompression will be undertaken. It is recommended that this course is combined with either Basic or Advanced EANx. A diver must have CMAS 2 star or equivalent with 75 dives or IANTD Deep Air or Advanced/Basic EANx.
This course is designed to insure professional and quality training to IANTD EANx divers. An EANx Instructor who is certified as an IANTD Deep Air or Advanced EANx Diver may also teach the IANTD Deep Air and Advanced EANx courses. You must be a minimum of 18 years, have logged 200 dives of which 8 must be EANx. A diver must have either IANTD EANx or Advanced EANx diver qualification and must be a certified recreational air diving instructor on active status with an internationally accredited association.
